Cerro Torre mountaineering Circuit

This expedition is the most valuable jewel of our customers. The main reason is allow us to enjoy the continental Ice Cap in the whole meaning without necessary to be involved in a major commitment adventure. In the Cerro Torre circuit we will complete the round over the Cerro Torre Massif, sleeping one night at the impressive West Face Cerro Torre bottom. This place, locally named “Circo de los Altares”, is surrounded by the not less impressive 4 Dedos Peak, Aguja Bífida, Cerro Standhart, Torre Egger & Cerro Torre. We will leave the friendly small town El Chaltén to find the Marconi Pass, the outdoor to the Continental Ice Cap. After two days sailing the South Patagonian Ice Cap we will stop in the Ferrari bivouac, reminiscent of the first ´60 and ´70 pioneers. We will leave this icy extension on the backward using the gateway “Paso del Viento”. From here every thing come green again, the waters rush strongly we see birds flying the sky. Two days of nice walking by the Toro Valley take us to the starting point, El Chaltén. This expedition doesn’t require a special technique difficulty but we must be prepared to support the well-known Patagonian storms knocking. The Cerro Torre circuit is an adventure you will never complained.
