Cerro Gorra Blanca The Gorra Blanca Peak is just right located in the middle of the Southern Patagonian Ice cap. Because the Gorra Blanca strategic situation, we have a quick and relatively easy escape toward Marconi Pass just in Patagonian storm case. The Marconi Pass proximity will give us the tranquility we will miss in an other Continental Ice Cap expeditions. As in all the alpine Continental Ice Cap ascents will have some “extra days” to compensate the unexpected patagonian weather changes. The higher technical difficulties we will find in the expedition it is going to be the Marconi Pass reaching because the really impressive winds we always beating on it. |
