Guillaumet (990fts 50º/5.8) 8511fts This is one of the most accessible climbing routes in the Fitz Roy Valley. Our advanced Camp will be an ice cave in The Superior Pass. From here, we have a 2 1/2h. approach to the bottom of Guillaumet Peak. The first 150m are an easy 50º snow ramp to get the bottom of the granite dihedrals who leave us on the final easy snow ramps to the top. There are 3-4 rock climbing pitches depending which system crack we take. |

| The Guillaumet top is another great overlook for Fitz Roy and the wonderful Marconi Pass to the Continental ice cap. There is a pretty fast way down to the ice cave. We'll take 1 extra day for the case we need it because the special weather conditions we could find in this region. |
